Howlite – Howlite is an extremely calming stone. Placed under the pillow, it is an excellent antidote to insomnia, especially when this is caused by an overactive mind. Teaches patience and helps eliminate uncontrolled anger. Howlite stills the mind and is excellent for sleep or meditation.

BRACELET SIZING CHART:  To ensure proper fit, please refer to sizing information below. If gifting and bracelet size is unknown, keep in mind that my most popular size for women is 7.5”

To ensure a proper fit:
1.   Measure your wrist snugly with a tape measure. If you don't have one, use a string and measure the length of the string with a ruler.
2.  ADD an inch to get your bracelet size. If your wrist measures 6.5", your bracelet size is 7.5". If you have any questions, please ask!

It is recommended keeping your bracelets dry and away from water or chemicals .
